SOAPware Matter Settled; New Version Installed, Ready to Go
We have several updates on the SOAPware front.
First and foremost, you should, by now, be updated to the latest version of SOAPware. The lateset version of SOAPware has a few new features, most notably is updates for the transitioning to ICD-10. If you are having any difficulty adjusting to the updated version of SOAPware, please give us a call, and we’ll do whatever possible to get you situated and ready to rock.

About 6-8 weeks ago, we sent letters to each of our SOAPware clients explaining the changes that were on the horizon for CloudPoint Technology as your go-to source for SOAPware tech support. We want to inform you the issues we were facing have been resolved, and for the foreseeable future, CloudPoint Technology will continue being your SOAPware tech support team.
